“Love is in the Air”

The Yellowknife Community Foundation is proud to announce that tickets are on sale for its 6th annual Valentine’s Black-Tie Gala fundraiser. “This year’s theme, Love is in the Air, promises to be an exciting and electrifying mix of fun, food and entertainment “said Charles Dent, Foundation President. “The gala is on February 14th – Valentines Day, 2015 at the Explorer Hotel.

Tickets are $175.00 (Early Bird price $150.00 before December 31) per person and are limited. A portion of your ticket is tax deductible. Tickets are on sale at For Men Only in the Lower Level of the YK Centre Mall”.

The Yellowknife Community Foundation would like to thank Diavik Diamond Mine, Crossworks Manufacturing and Advanced Medical Solutions for their generous support of our Gala.

The Yellowknife Community Foundation is a registered charity. It was formed in 1993 to provide residents (and former residents) with a means of supporting projects in our community for the enduring future. The Foundation is not singularly dedicated to any specific area of support. It embodies a simple concept – that people working together can make a difference. Donations are placed in a permanent capital fund. The money, invested over time, will grow and will continue to have an impact long after the original gift is made. Donations to the Foundation are eligible deductions for Income Tax purposes.
