The Yellowknife Community Foundation would like to extend its deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Ruth Spence who passed away on Sunday, October 16. A celebration of life will be held at a time to be announced. The family has asked that donations in Ruth’s memory be made to the Yellowknife Community Foundation.
