Established in 2025, this fund will provide a grant directly to the Yellowknife Seniors’ Society to support its programs, services, and advocacy for older adults in Yellowknife. The fund will help ensure that the Yellowknife Seniors’ Society can continue to offer meaningful activities, resources, and community connections for seniors well into the future.

‍Endowment Fund: A fund that is invested to generate premium. The organization distribute the premium to the community in terms of grants and student awards.

‍Administrative Fund: For every money the that the endowment fund makes, we take a small percentage of that to help offload our administrative costs. Learn more about how me maintain the Yellowknife Community Foundation.
