YELLOWKNIFE HISTORICAL SOCIETY

Their mandate is to preserve the heritage of Yellowknife and to promote the development of sites and exhibits that will further the understanding and appreciation of the community's rich and fascinating history, while contributing to the tourism and economic potential of the North.

THE LIVING HISTORY SOCIETY

Their primary portrayal is The 42nd RHR Grahams’ Company (Black Watch) that served during the French & Indian War, historically, they have also presented other representations from that era, including a civilians, a Native American contingent, artillery, and craftsmen.

OPEN SKY CREATIVE SOCIETY

The Open Sky Creative Society (OSCS) / OSC Gallery is based in Ft. Simpson / Liidlii kue, NWT & primarily serves the artistic community & audiences of the Dehcho, a multicultural region in the NWT composed of a dozen or so villages & aboriginal settlements.
